about the conjugation of acostarse

for "acostarse" , is this used with el/ellos/ud. and for yo would it be acostarme? why is acostarse the infinitive when se is for they(el/ellos/uds.) ?

Welcome to the forum, sourcream!

The infinitive form of reflexive verbs always ends in "se".

The yo form would be "me acosto" (I lay myself down) if you want to say "to lay myself down" then it is acostarme.

The el/ella/ud. form would be "se acuesta".
