How to say in Spanish year? e.g. 2010 , is it veinte diez or dos miles y diez?

Dos mil diez is how I always hear it.
You do not pluralize mil when used in a number like that. It stays the way it is. When you would say thousands, not a definite number, you use "miles". Here is the link to the dictionary entry.
