tú encuentras.....................vosotros encontráis

él/ella/usted encuentra.......ellos/ellas/ustedes encuentran

yo/tú/él/ellos form the "boot" that Paralee refers to in the lessons for the persons that employ the verb change in regular, stem changing verbs in the present tense.

Sorry, I don't understand your question, and please use correct spelling here, this is a learning site.

if you introduce the word "encontrar" in the conjugator you get the conjugation and see the stem changes.
