- Son los zapatos de mi hermana. does this sentence sound right?
- Hay una ganga en el centro comercial. Los precios son buenos. Im unsure about ganga being the correct word to use but it seems to fit

In your 2nd sentence how do you feel about replacing "ganga" (bargain) with the word "venta" (sale, at reduced prices). Otherwise, it looks OK.
