Ten un día agradable. - Tú form
It is more common to say Que tengas un buen día.
ten alone is more like a command or order than a desire.

Ten un día agradable. - Tú form
Tengamos un día agradable. - Nosotros form
Tengan un día agradable. - Ustedes form
This is more telling someone to have a nice day, rather than hoping they have a nice day, however.
