No me gusta lo, no es para mi. I don't like it, it is not for me. If you convert english expressions into spanish they might not realise what you are trying to say as they have their own sayings for instance where we would say to make a mountain out of a mole hill they would say "ahogarse en un vaso de agua" to convey the same meaning, anyway no doubt there is a saying equivelent to not my cup of tea or not my scene perhaps a native will come in and enlighten us with some spanish expressions.

No es de mi agrado means it is not to my liking and perhaps that is the nearest expression you will get to not my cup of tea,
