The best translation of that is: "What, you don't like anything at all?"

No te gusta nada is definitely "you don't like anything". I think que here would be used in sense 9 "as", though it might depend somewhat on context. "¿qué, no te gusta nada?", rather, would be "what, you don't like anything?", I think.

I would have to agree with Greg-Hahn and say that it is:

"What, you don't like anything at all?"

That is, unless you could provide some more context.
