Well, this is how I do it on my computer

alt(or option) + 1 = ¡

alt + shift + ? = ¿

Are you also aware of how to put tildes and diacritics(accents) on letters?

for accents you press alt+e and then the letter you wish to accent. for tildes you press alt+n and then the letter you wish to accent.

alt + 1 = ¡

alt +? = ¿

On the Spanish keyboard:

shift + ¡ = ¡

= = ¿
