ya no te importo — al contrario, sí que me importas -> you don't care about me any more — on the contrary, you do matter to me ,,,,,what is the point in putting ''si que '' in that sentence...

It is not "si que", but " que", which si 100% different.

"Si" is "if" and "sí" is "yes". When someone says "no", and you mean "yes", you begin by saing "Sí". The full sentence can be regarded as:

Sí (es verdad) que me importas = Yes (, it is true) that you matter to me

and what is the point of using sí que in that sentence if i don't use sí que in that sentence ,something change ?

yes i know that si means yes . actually i mean the if from of it but i don't really understand the point of using sí que in that sentence ,, if i dont use the sí que in that sentence, what changes?
