a. hay un (when followed by a noun)

b. hay uno (referring to an already mentioned thing)
I need to find an ATM. - There's one around the corner across the street.Tengo que encontrar un cajero automático. - Hay uno a la vuelta de la esquina y en la otra acera.
2. (one is located there)
a. allí hay uno
Let's see if we can find a bathroom. Oh look, there's one.Vamos a ver si podemos encontrar un baño. Ah, mira, allí hay uno.
