Hernán Cortés montaba un caballo morcillo.Hernan Cortes rode a horse that was black with reddish hairs.
A masculine noun is used with masculine articles and adjectives (e.g. el hombre guapo, el sol amarillo).
2. (animal anatomy)
a. shank
El veterinario le dio una inyección a la vaca en su morcillo.The veterinarian gave the cow an injection in its shank.
3. (culinary)
a. beef shank
Los morcillos son tan tierno porque los estofé por dos horas.The beef shanks are so tender because I braised them for two hours.
