b. I feel very ill
No he ido a trabajar porque me siento muy mal. Creo que es la gripe.I haven't been to work because I feel very ill. I think it's the flu.
c. I don't feel well at all
Me siento muy mal. Debe ser algo que comí.I don't feel well at all. It must be something I ate.
