llegar la hora
An intransitive verb phrase is a phrase that combines a verb with a preposition or other particle and does not require a direct object (e.g. Everybody please stand up.).

c. to be time
Llegó la hora, señor Presidente. Los reporteros están en la sala de prensa esperando su anuncio.It's time, Mr. President. The reporters are in the press room waiting for your announcement.
