A feminine noun is almost always used with feminine articles and adjectives (e.g. la mujer bonita, la luna llena).

(resistance to sudden changes) a. stability La estabilidad laboral de largo plazo parece ser cosa del pasado. Long-term job stability seems to be a thing of the past. 3.
