En el caso de incumplimiento de esta obligación, las asociaciones impondrán a quien ataña las sanciones pertinentes, precaviendo que cualquier recurso de apelación contra dichas sanciones se someta estrictamente y de igual modo a la jurisdicción arbitral y no a los tribunales ordinarios. | The Associations shall impose sanctions on any party that fails to respect this obligation and ensure that any appeal against such sanctions shall likewise be strictly submitted to arbitration, and not to ordinary courts of law. |
