Todos los alumnos asisten a un periodo de orientación que consta de dos días de charlas informativas.	All students attend an orientation which consists of two days of informational lectures.

El nuevo periodo de orientación se llevará a cabo en marzo, posterior cual los voluntarios comenzarán su año de servicio.	New fellow orientation will be held in March, after which fellows will begin their year of service.
Toda la plantilla, incluidos aquellos con meras funciones de seguridad, deberían recibir formación profesional, tanto durante el periodo de orientación como de forma regular, y recibir el apoyo externo adecuado, así como ser supervisados en el ejercicio de sus tareas.
