You are always the main beneficiary of the work you do and as a Lightworker are continually uplifting your own vibrations, and in helping others you help yourselves.
En el plano físico, vosotros os veis y os ayudáis. No obstante, existe el sufrimiento en el plano más allá de la materia, en el plano astral que os rodea.	In the physical plane, you can see and aid lots of suffering beings; however, you cannot see them in the invisible plane, also surrounding you.
Sabemos que esto no es fácil, pero si os ayudáis juntos a formar equipo todo se hace más liviano y, sobre todo, también el estilo de vuestro trabajo será un testimonio de comunión.	We know that this is not easy, but if you help one another to work as a team everything will become lighter and, above all, even your style of working together will be a witness of communion.
