Y se que tengo que llegar a cierto esta en mi menta para hacerlo.	And I know that I have to get into a certain state of mind to do it.
Cuando vi hacia abajo, mi menta se quedo en blanco.	Whenever I looked down, my mind went blank.

Con el fin de no dejar ningunas cuitas en mi menta hice regla escribir cada cosa y procurar encontrar una solución.	In order not to leave any concerns in my mind I made it a rule to write down everything and try to find a solution.

En el pasado, a menudo no solía tomar uno en serio, considerándolo como ilusión mía, sin embargo el mismo mensaje solía venir de vuelta a mí repetidamente hasta que compuse mi menta para hacerlo.	In the past, often times I did not take one seriously considering it as my illusion, however the same message used to come back to me repeatedly until I made up my mind to do so.
