Ese Centro admite, forma y entrena a mujeres que tal vez un día ocupen cargos influyentes y de responsabilidad, particularmente prestándoles apoyo cuando están insuficientemente representadas en tales cargos, como en el caso de las inmigrantes, las aborígenes y las mujeres de edad.	This centre welcomes, trains and coaches women who may one day hold influential and decision-making positions, notably by providing support to women that are under-represented in these positions, such as immigrants, Aboriginal people and seniors.
