El objetivo es incentivar a los jóvenes a que incursionen en el mundo de la robótica y desarrollen habilidades técnicas a través de la experiencia práctica con la electrónica, matemática, mecánica, física y sistemas computacionales.	The aim is to encourage young people to make an incursion into the world of robotics and develop technical skills through practical experiences with electronics, mathematics, mechanics, physics and computer systems.
La convocatoria tiene como objetivo generar conciencia sobre el cuidado al medio ambiente y motivar el desarrollo sostenible, además de brindar la oportunidad a jóvenes realizadores, estudiantes y profesionales dominicanos para que incursionen en la realización de cine sobre temas medioambientales.	The objective of the contest is to generate awareness around the importance of taking care of the environment and inspire sustainable development while providing an opportunity to young Dominican filmmakers, students and professionals to get involved in making films about environmental issues.
