No podrá ser objeto de devolución los Productos cuya caducidad fuere inferior a 1 (un) año, o cuyo etiquetado hubiere sido modificado o cuya etiqueta hubiere sido retirada del producto, salvo en los casos cuando las Partes hubieren acordado de otra forma.	Products with guaranteed quality date below 1 (one) year, changed label or without the original label may not be subject to negotiations on returns, unless the Parties agree otherwise.
Si esa mayoría no es alcanzada, la opinion del presidente prevalecerá, salvo que las partes hubieren acordado otra cosa.	If such majority is not attained, the opinion of the Chairman shall prevail, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
Si las circunstancias así lo justifican y salvo que las partes hubieren acordado otra cosa, el Instituto CCE nombrará a todos los miembros del tribunal arbitral.	If the circumstances so warrant the SCC Institute may appoint the entire Arbitral Tribunal, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
