Conciliador que no hubiere firmado tal declaración al final de la primera sesión de la Comisión se considerará que ha renunciado.	Any conciliator failing to sign such a declaration by the end of the first session of the Commission shall be deemed to have resigned.
Se considera que la fuente está situada en el territorio del país donde se hubiere firmado el contrato que da origen a la renta periódica y cuando no existiere contrato, en el país desde el cual se efectuare el pago de tales rentas.	The source shall be considered to be located in the territory of the country where the contract that produced the periodic income was signed and, if no contract exists, in the country from which that income is paid.
Se entenderá que ha renunciado el conciliador que no hubiere firmado tal declaración al finalizar la primera sesión de la Comisión.	Any conciliator failing to sign such a declaration by the end of the first session of the Commission shall be deemed to have resigned.
Las presentes Condiciones Generales de venta del vendedor son las únicas aplicables, con exclusión en especial de las del comprador, a no ser que el vendedor las hubiere firmado y no se contradijeran, sino que complementen, las presentes.
