El Secretario General debe pedir a la Asamblea General que considere la conveniencia de aumentar la magnitud del Fondo, en caso de que él determine que se hubiere agotado por haberse establecido varias misiones en rápida sucesión.	The Secretary-General should request that the General Assembly consider augmenting the size of the Fund, should he determine that it had been depleted due to the establishment of a number of missions in rapid succession.
En todo caso, si no existiere segunda instancia prevista en el tratado internacional aplicable o se hubiere agotado el término para impugnar la decisión, el comité deberá rendir concepto favorable al cumplimiento de la decisión del órgano internacional.	In any case, if the applicable international treaty makes no provision for an appeal, or if the time limit for challenging the decision has expired, the committee shall issue an opinion recommending implementation of the international body's decision.
Así en el título IV de la Ley Nº 19.549 (Ley de procedimientos administrativos) se prevé la posibilidad de impugnación judicial de toda disposición administrativa que revista la calidad de definitiva, es decir sobre la que ya se hubiere agotado todo recurso administrativo.
