estirar

Sentada en mi escritorio, escribiendo este post, ya he estirado y realizado círculos con el cuello 3 veces.	Sitting at my desk, writing this post, I have already stretched and done neck circles 3 times.
He saltado hacia adelante y he estirado el freno de mano.	I have jumped towards ahead and I have pulled the handbrake.
No me he estirado después de levantarme, así que...	I didn't stretch after I lifted, so...
Bueno, no me he estirado, pero...	Well, I didn't stretch, but...
Lo más que he estirado las horas de pantalla ha sido viendo películas y vídeos hasta casi las 6 horas.	The most I've stretched the screen time while watching movies and videos amounted to nearly 6 hours.

He estirado mi pasiencia de manera de no hacerlo.	I have strained my patience in order not to do so.
He estirado fuera de mi mano como el del señor de la corona de Urrt.	I have stretched out my hand like that of the Lord of the Urrt Crown.
