Una Parte o una agencia de la misma que se haya subrogado a los derechos de un inversionista de conformidad con el párrafo 1, goza de los mismos derechos que el inversionista con respecto a la inversión.	A Party or an agency of a Party, which is subrogated to the rights of an investor in accordance with paragraph 1, is entitled the same rights as those of the investor in respect of the investment.
Una Parte o una de sus entidades que se haya subrogado en un derecho de un inversionista de conformidad con el párrafo 1 gozará de los mismos derechos que el inversionista con respecto a la inversión.	A Party or an agency of a Party that is subrogated to a right of an investor in accordance with paragraph 1 is entitled to the same rights as those of the investor regarding the investment.
El Estado miembro de origen podrá disponer que, cuando un régimen de garantía establecido en dicho Estado miembro se haya subrogado en los derechos de los acreedores de seguros, los créditos de dicho régimen no se beneficien de lo dispuesto en el artículo 275, apartado 1.	The home Member State may provide that, where the rights of insurance creditors have been subrogated to a guarantee scheme established in that Member State, claims by that scheme shall not benefit from the provisions of Article 275(1).
