OIA reviewed whether 9 of the 12 country offices audited in 2008 that had been previously audited in 2002-2007 were able to sustain the implementation of the previous audit recommendations.
No se habían auditado las cuentas de 2006 de la empresa, contrariamente a lo dispuesto en la legislación china y las normas contables internacionales, y también se descubrieron otras irregularidades contables, especialmente materias primas compradas a particulares sin factura.	The 2006 accounts of this company had not been audited, contrary to Chinese law and international accounting standards, and other accounting irregularities were also discovered, notably the fact that raw materials were purchased from private individuals, without invoicing.

En vista de estos incumplimientos de las NIC y del hecho de que estos no se mencionaban siquiera en los informes de auditoría, se considera que el grupo Meihua no demostró que sus documentos contables se habían auditado de conformidad con las mencionadas normas (criterio dos).	In view of these breaches of IAS and the fact that they were not even mentioned in the audit reports, it is considered that Meihua Group did not demonstrate that its records were audited in line with the said standards (criterion 2).
