Al presentar hoy la propuesta de resolución sobre Kenia, estamos condenando una vez más las extendidas irregularidades y el comportamiento del Presidente en ejercicio Kibaki, quien con su rechazo a la oferta del Presidente John Kufuor para resolver la crisis ha perjudicado gravemente los esfuerzos de mediación.	In tabling today's motion for a resolution on Kenya, we are once again condemning the widespread irregularities and the conduct of the incumbent President Kibaki, who in rejecting the offer made by President John Kufuor to help resolve the crisis has seriously undermined the mediation efforts.
