Para solicitar la audiencia, el/la demandante debe presentar un formulario con el tribunal llamado Solicitud de audiencia.	To request a hearing, the Petitioner must file a Request for Hearing form with the court.
¿Es el/la demandante (o la persona en cuyo nombre se presenta la denuncia) una víctima de la supuesta violación?	Is the complainant (or the person on whose behalf the complaint is brought) a victim of the alleged violation?
A veces, el/la juez/a ordena además que el/la demandado/a pague los gastos del abogado/a de el/la demandante.	Sometimes the judge will order the defendant to pay for your attorney's fees.
Si el/la demandante no está de acuerdo en darle más tiempo, usted debe presentar su Respuesta dentro del limite de tiempo original.	If the plaintiff does not agree to give you more time, you must file your Answer within the original time.
Sin embargo, el/la demandante deberá aportar un razonamiento detallado en el que explique por qué la norma general no debe aplicarse a su caso.	The complainant should, however, give detailed reasons why the general rule should not apply.
