Inspectores del Organismo Internacional de Energía Atómica visitaron el sitio el pasado junio, luego de que Siria demoliera el edificio en ruinas y construyera una nueva estructura en el mismo lugar.	Inspectors from the International Atomic Energy Agency visited the site last June, after Syria had razed the ruined building and erected a new structure at the same location.
Debido a que se produjo un cambio de zonificación y el edificio estuvo vacante durante un año, se incluyó en la lista 249 que daba al Ayuntamiento el derecho de que el edificio se demoliera a expensas del propietario.	Because a zoning change took place and the building had been vacant for a year, it was put on the 249 list which gave the City Council the right to have the building demolished at the owner's expense.
