Si es naturalizado, presentar constancia emitida por autoridad competente del país que otorgó la naturalización o por la Embajada respectiva, si no constare en su Expediente Migratorio. No se considerará que se ha renunciado a ninguna estipulación ni condición de esta Licencia ni se considerará que se ha aceptado ningún incumplimiento excepto si dicha renuncia o consentimiento fuera por escrito y en éste constare la firma de las partes.
