Cuando concurrieren varios hechos independientes reprimidos con una misma especie de pena, la pena aplicable al reo en tal caso tendrá como mínimo, el mínimo mayor, y como máximo, la suma resultante de la acumulación de las penas correspondientes a los diversos hechos. | When several independent deeds falling under the same type of punishment are committed, the applicable penalty shall, as a minimum, be the greatest minimum, and, as a maximum, the sum of the penalties for the individual deeds. |
