Mediante resolución de fecha 17 de diciembre de 2014 la sociedad acordó proceder a la liquidación voluntaria de la misma, nombrado liquidador a Don Francisco Javier Nogales Aranguez.	On 17 December 2014 it was approved to put the Company in Voluntary Liquidation as well as to appoint Mr. Francisco Javier Nogales Aranguez as Voluntary Liquidator of the Company.
Estos programas se han iniciado en la Escuela Secundaria Elemental Aranguez, la Escuela Secundaria Morvant/Laventille y la Escuela Secundaria Elemental de Siparia, entre otras.
