In Spanish, most of the time, adjectives go after the nouns they describe. In your sentence above, the way we say it in Spanish is, "forums of (or about) Spanish and English."
Also, the word oye can be taken to be a little rude. You might want to stick with "hola". (And I had to check her profile to know this, but it says Jcv is a "she" [female]. That's always good to check if it's not obvious.)

Oh, well I guess you know in English it isn't unless you shout it or something like that!
