Update of Threads by e-mail
I no longer get updates of threads to which I have subscribed, or in fact notification of PM messages. These were normally notified to my e-mail address. Is anyone else having a similar problem'

No, that didn't work either. The site recently changed servers and that may be a reason for me not being able to receive updates.
I just signed up to receive notification from this thread and I received one. I do not see how, but the problem may be uniquely yours.
I am now receiving updates. I think there was a problem with the new servers. They appeared to not like me, now there's a first, hehe. Anyway, I am now up and running again.

I still get Spanish word of the Day.
Maybe you could check:
My Page > Personal Settings > Email Settings > Smart notifications
I'm not getting any updates either. I don't know if there is a connection, but I stopped getting the Spanish Word of the Day at about the same time.
I only get notifications for the last thread I subscribed to which is annoying if you want multiple threads.

Hi, Eddy. I've been recieving my notices late this week (a couple of hours after a post has been made). I just went into My Page and deleted most of the topics I was subscribed to, so maybe that will help.
Well the changing of e-mail didn't help so it looks like qfreed and you might be correct. I will give it a try. Thanks.

Please bear with me as I am having to constantly go through all the categories to see post replies or new posts, so I might miss something. They are looking at the reasons as to why the site is not updating me.

You might check on your MyPage under Utility...View Subscriptions and see if they are being recorded there. I don't know if there is a limit on subscriptions as I routinely delete my old ones.
Just checked and this one plus one other I have just answered is listed. I have also checked my settings and I have ticked to receive everything. It might just be a problem where the system is failing to recognise my response request. Thanks anyway for looking at it.

No, I seem to be getting mine. I replied to the "¿De donde eres'" thread yesterday, and have since received notification of a new post there.
