Progress Score Not being recorded

First of all I must say this is a fantastic site. I cannot believe it is available for free. I only wish I had found it before I had wasted so much money on inferior courses.
Just one question. Despite working my way through the various levels of the "Learn Spanish" section and the scores being recorded, when I return to the site it looks as though I am still at zero for the sections I have completed. Any ideas? Am I missing anything? Thanks

Today the same problem occured in my account. After finishing the "recognize" practice, I got this message: "Points 200. Login to record your points". But I had already been logged in! I tried to redo the exercise (before I had logged out and in - just in case), but the same message appeared.

I don't know that but my progress on learn Spanish 1 dropped from 73% to 67% '? gulp

This could only happen if a lesson was added (so that your percentage completed was dropped) or if you lost credit for a class that was completed. Since there are 15 classes in series 1 and no more lessons have been appended, the first situation is not the reason.
What probably happened is quite common and described in the author's original post.
You complete lesson 11 and saw your progress level (73%). When you returned the server had not updated itself so it was only showing 10 of the 15 lessons (67%) completed. Give it a day or two to update all the records and you should be back to 73%. I've often completed a lesson and seen my points recorded only to return later and see no credit for completing that lesson. Later on the points will return. (This sometimes occurs if you switch browsers, some seem to show updated pages while other display older pages.) I have never seen the program lose points permanently, however. You just have to be patient with it.

Hi Marilyn
This is the link to "paralee" who runs the lessons section. Try sending her a "private message", PM from her page.

I am sure she will be able to tell you the reasons.
