El verbo poder + otro verbo
Sometimes we use the verb 'poder' plus 'other verb', for instance:
'I need to setup my computer to be able to type tildes'.
'Necesito configurar mi computador para poder escribir/teclear las tildes'.
Sometimes the verb 'poder' can be left out and the sentence is almost the same:
'Necesito configurar mi computador para escribir/teclear las tildes'.
I think is convenient to use the verb 'poder' as above, for actions with some degree of difficulty.
I think I read about it long ago but I don't remember where. If somebody can clarify, thank you.

I would say that using para and poder together would be fine for embelishment and clarity. When I talk to native speakers on other forums, they omit poder and only use para(para + verbo = in order to ___|\___|__).
Another sentence:
'I need more time to (be able to) review your report' (I don't know if 'review' is the right verb (a 'good' review)
'Necesito más tiempo para (poder) revisar su informe'.
Thank you,
