Yes, it is wrong. If "nadie" appears after the verb, you must add "no" before it.

Confío en que nadie
Your sentence reads: I trust that no one..., so it is not even a full sentence.

That would mean "To trust no one". That's not exactly what you're aiming for, is it? I believe LadyDi was correct. I'm not fluent in Spanish yet but her reply seems likely.
