¿Puedes oír (Can you hear)
la canción del mar? (the song of the sea')
¿Y puedes oír (And can you hear
el viento soplar? (the wind blow')

Los granos de arena (The grains of sand)
bailan en el viento (dance with the wind)
y escuchan (and listen)
lo que el mar cuenta ((to) what the sea tells)

I think it also be valid to write: "Los granos de arena bailan con el viento" because the wind makes the grains of sand dance.

If you want "viento" and "cuento" to rhyme you'll have to change the ending. "y escuchan que el mar un cuento" doesn't make sense.

You can say "y escuchan un cuento del mar" but then it doesn't rhyme. You'll have to come up with something else.

Another minor adjustment is: "bailan en el viento" This sounds more poetic than "con el viento"...Of course it is a matter of personal choice.
