Why can't I see the progress that I have made from working on a previous computer. I have a computer that I use at work, and a computer that I use at home. Why doesn't it show progress from other computers. Not a complaint, but it is hard to figure out where I am sometimes.

I'm not sure what you mean by showing progress. Are you referring to the scores that you earn doing the lessons? If so, that is not so much whether you are using a PC or a Mac (OS), but which browser that you are using. For some reason those scores (or even the lesson itself) sometimes don't display depending on which browser you are looking at the page with. I've come here with Internet Explore and seen that a new lesson has been posted and returned later using Google Chrome to do the lesson and can't find it. I switch to Internet Explorer and there it is again.
I don't know how much into computers you are, but web pages are viewed differently by different browsers (usually older web pages). Newer formats like XML are supposed to be making viewing pages browser independent. It also depends on whether you are client side or server side, but no need to get too technical.
One other possibility is that the scores just haven't posted to that pages yet. The scores are usually posted as soon as you exit the lesson, but that doesn't always happen. Sometimes it's hours or days before they mysteriously appear.
