It looks like you are trying to translate every seperate word, but don't forget they also have to make up a meaningfull sentence... Of course I can't see the original assignment but I think you are looking for something like:

I can't see you - no puedo verte
where are you and my dog that barks - donde estan tu y mi perro ladrante

I think you'd best start all over again and look carefully at the difference between verbs and nouns. For example, in your third sentence you wrote:
"My sister is very worries because of me at the park - Mi harmana es muy preocupación porque de me en parque"
You probably meant to say "My sister is very worried about me because I'm at the park".
"Worried" is derived from the verb "to worry" so if you are translating that into "preocupar" be sure to use a conjugated form of the verb instead of the noun preocupacion. "My sister worries" would be "mi hermana se preocupe" and "my sister is very worried" would be "mi hermana es muy preocupada".
