I don't know enough about criminology to provide a proper conventional translation (if there is one), but I can give you a decent understandable (and logical) alternative:

Experto en perfiles psicológicos (criminales).
Experto en perfiles psicocriminales.

I know it is quite long, but "perfilador" sounds to me like someone who makes sculptures or paintings of people's faces, or some sort of contour finishing machine.
