Las horas de siesta

Hola!

Does the phrase "Las horas de siesta" mean "the hours of the siesta" ?

Or how do you say it right?

Maybe you don't say "las horas" since the siesta is pretty short?

Please help me!

Muchas gracias

I would say "La hora de siesta" That would mean "afternoon rest or nap time". More context would be most helpful.
