I am trying to translate "Where do they live'"
Does "¿Dònde viven ellos''" and "¿Dònde ellos viven'" mean the same thing'?

"¿Dónde ellos viven'" sounds a bit like Yoda in Star Wars. People normally say "¿Dónde viven (ellos)?

By the way, the accent in Spanish is acute (ó), not grave (ò).

We do not use the pronoun unless absolutely essential in the sentence.

¿Dónde viven? is the correct form.
