hello i just want to know what is the meaning of no te cambio por ninguna? because i have a honduran boyfriend and i read that words to his one of his comments in his childhood friend photo in hi5. and his friend is a girl, that's why im curious...thanks!

Ninuna, as a pronoun, refers only to women, not people in general.

THANKS FOR HELPING ME GUYS..NOW I KNOW WHAT IS "NO TE CAMBIO POR NINGUNA" MEANS... I HATE IT WHEN MY BOYFRIEND IS HAVING A CONVERSATION IN SPANISH INFRONT OF ME, BECAUSE I FEEL LIKE HIS SAYING SOMETHING BAD OR TRYING TO HIDE SOMETHING FROM ME....

That is why is is usually considered rude or impolite to hold a conversation in a language that all present cannot participate in. If one person has to use a language that everyone doesn't understand (say to ask for help in how to phrase something) he/she usually explains why or what they were discussing to those who did not understand the aside. You aren't supposed to leave part of your audience in the dark.
