Is temple translated sien or cien? Paletas are shoulder blades? What about muñequas? Wrists'

I thought that might be the case, since it kind of makes sense.
I have found since the post that paleta is a colloquial word for shoulder blade. I have heard in in Mexican spanish and in some caribean.
sien = temple, of the head
cien = 100
muñeca = wrist
omóplato = shoulder blade
hombro = shoulder
espalda = back
I found this for paletas
