How would you say that something is king sized? (such as a king sized bed')

Tomaño de Rey just doesn't sound right, but would you say Tomaño grande or is there another way to say it.

In case this is a term that non-U.S. English speakers would use, I have included the dimensions.

Sorry for the poor quality, the dimensions are 193 cm x 203 cm

I don't know in Spain, but in Argentina when you say "cama matrimonial" you refer to any bed intended for two people, disregarding of if it is a full, queen or king size.
King beds are not quite common there, but I think that Lazarus' second alternative of gigante/extragrande would be understood (probably would need some additional explanation).

King size in Spanish -last time I checked- is "de matrimonio" or "tamaño familiar/gigante/extragrande", depending on the manufacturer.

100 x 190 cm individual or sencillo - twin size

140 x 190 cm matrimonial

camas doble - are know as full

Camas king or colchones king

Camas queen or colchones queen

That's all I can come up with. Sorry
