I assume "manguera" refers to a baby's bib?

No, manguera means hose or hosepipe in Spanish.

AVISO -- No llene la piscina con agua de la ciudad, llénela solamente con agua del pozo. La conexión de la manguera del pozo esta cerca del pozo.

I tried using colloquial language (guessing where you are from). I don't know exactly what hose bib is. I wrote hose connection.
