I want it to say:

To order in Spanish please write down the product number and circle product in the book. (Example: 734-964) Then call me with your address and I will pick it up. Thank you!

This is what I have came up with:

A fin en español por favor escriba el número de productos y círculo tema en el libro. (Ejemplo: 734-593) Entonces me llama con su dirección y voy a cogerlo. Gracias!
