I got a e-meil from "Spanish world of the day" which inform me that the frase: Se me pone que... it is equivalent to : me parece que... , but a spanish spaking person tell me that:-En España la forma correcta es "me parece que". La otra que citas(SE ME PONE QUE..) es una vulgaridad - y además es incorrecta.
What can i believe please help me!

En España puede tener un matiz sexual de cierta vulgaridad, pero no así en Latinoamerica:
(AM): se me pone que ... ? it seems to me that ..., I think that
