This isn't in full spanish..it is saying something like your hot and the rest is not spanish....

Sorry, Sara and Cherry, I believe this statement is a wee bit more racy than you both imagined.

¿Tienes calor? Are you hot (meaning feeling hot because of the heat/weather)
¿Estás caliente? Are you hot? (meaning in a sexual sense.)

Si estás caliente, ¿por qué no ayudo quitartelo' = "If you're horny, why not let me help you get off." "If you're feeling frisky, wny don't you let me help you relax."

Perhaps what you heard was - 'Si estas caliente, porque no ayudo a quitarselo'.
Which, similar to what Cherry said, means 'If your hot, why don't I help take it off'.

There are a lot of mistakes in this. I can translate the first part, but I am not sure of.
If you are hot, why haven't you taken it off.

Could you please edit your original post to include something from the text in the title instead of saying that you need a translation.(Per the announcement) Thanks
